Residential Construction Services in Chicago
Rimberio Construction has completed more than 300 residential projects across Chicago, the North Shore, and the western suburbs since 1999. Our own crews handle carpentry, concrete, and excavation, which keeps schedule and quality under our control.
What we build
Five services, one accountable builder
Each service below is a dedicated practice with its own page, crews, and track record. Together they cover most of what a Chicago house needs over its life.
-
Custom Home Builds
New single-family homes built from the ground up, from lot evaluation and permitting through final walkthrough. We manage architects, engineers, and inspections, and our own crews frame, pour, and finish the structure.
-
Whole-Home Renovations
Full-gut and structural renovations of Chicago bungalows, two-flats, greystones, and suburban homes. We open walls, correct what decades of prior work left behind, and rebuild to current code with a fixed scope and schedule.
-
Kitchens and Bathrooms
Kitchen and bathroom remodels planned around how a household actually uses the space. Cabinetry, tile, plumbing, and electrical are coordinated by one project manager, and most projects finish in six to ten weeks.
-
Additions and Second Stories
Room additions, rear extensions, and full second stories that add space without moving. We handle structural engineering, foundation work, and tie-ins to the existing home, and we keep the house livable during construction where possible.
-
Concrete and Foundations
Foundations, underpinning, flatwork, and structural repairs performed by our own concrete crews. We pour footings and walls for our builds and take on standalone foundation work for homeowners and other Chicago contractors.
How we work
Fixed scope, weekly reporting, one point of contact
