Services

What we build

Five services, one set of crews, one point of accountability from first drawing to final walkthrough.

  • Custom Home Builds

Ground-up homes on city lots and suburban sites, managed from zoning and permits through final inspection by a single project team.

  • Whole-Home Renovations

Full-gut and down-to-the-studs renovations of Chicago bungalows, two-flats, and greystones, with structural work handled by our own carpentry and concrete crews.

  • Kitchens and Bathrooms

Kitchen and bathroom remodels planned around fixed scopes and firm schedules, because these are the rooms a household cannot live without.

  • Additions and Second Stories

Room additions, rear extensions, and full second stories, engineered to tie into existing foundations and framing without compromising either.

  • Concrete and Foundations

Foundations, underpinning, flatwork, and structural repairs, self-performed by crews that have poured concrete in Chicago soil since 1999.

About Rimberio

A second-generation family firm

Marco Rimberio started this company in 1999 with a pickup truck and a framing crew. His son Daniel runs it today, with 45 employees and the same rule Marco set on day one: do not hand the important work to someone else. Our carpentry, concrete, and excavation crews are on our payroll, trained to our standard, and accountable to the family name on the door. That is why the average client stays with us for 11 years, and why 68 percent of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals.

Process

How we work

The same three phases, whether the job is a bathroom or a ground-up build.

  • Plan We scope the full project before pricing it, including permits, structural review, and allowances, so the number you sign is the number you should expect to pay.
  • Build Our own crews handle carpentry, concrete, and excavation, and one project manager runs your job from permit to punch list, with a written schedule updated every week.
  • Deliver We close out with municipal inspections, a documented walkthrough, and a warranty we answer in person. Most clients call us back. The average client relationship here runs 11 years.
