Yes, regularly. About half of our projects arrive with plans already drawn, and we price and build from them. For the other half, we can recommend architects we have worked with for years and coordinate the design phase alongside them. Either way, the drawings stay yours.

We do not hold to a strict dollar figure, but our crews are built for substantial work. Kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and full builds make up most of our schedule. If a project is smaller than what we typically take on, we will say so on the first call and point you toward a good fit.

After the first call, we schedule a site visit to measure and review conditions. Within about two weeks you receive a written estimate broken into line items, with allowances stated and a projected schedule. Estimates are free for defined scopes. If plans are still in progress, we can provide budget ranges to guide design decisions.

We work throughout Chicago, the North Shore, and the western suburbs. Recent projects include homes in Lincoln Park, North Center, Evanston, Wilmette, Oak Park, and Hinsdale. If you are just outside that range, call anyway. For the right project we travel a little farther, and we will tell you honestly if it is too far.
